Job Description

The Senior HR Manager will take full ownership of end‑to‑end HR activities, acting as a trusted partner to senior management and line leaders across the organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring stable and consistent people practices while supporting the business's ongoing operational needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in workforce planning, C&B governance, and employee relations, providing calm, pragmatic guidance in a traditional and long‑tenured working environment. Working closely with stakeholders across functions, the role requires strong judgement, maturity, and communication skills to balance employee needs with business priorities.In addition to managing day‑to‑day HR matters, the Senior HR Manager will support carefully scoped HR improvement and transformation initiatives, focusing on sensible, incremental enhancements rather than large‑scale change, and ensuring that all initiatives are well‑aligned with the company's culture and values.Key focuses:

  • Lead end‑to‑end HR operations, covering workforce planning and employee lifecycle management
  • Oversee payroll management and partner closely with Finance and external service providers
  • Act as a senior point of contact for employee relations and workplace issues
  • Support targeted, small‑scale HR process improvements aligned with business and cultural needs

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with minimum 15 years of solid HR experiences in HR generalist and/or HRBP roles
  • Prior experience in retail, consumer products industry or is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record as an all-rounded HR Manager in stable, established organisations
  • Comfortable working in a traditional and hierarchical corporate environment
  • Patient, hands‑on, and pragmatic, with a calm and steady leadership style
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with long‑tenured employees
  • Able to balance people sensitivity with business discipline
  • High level of integrity, maturity, and discretion
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as HR Manager
