My client is an international law firm with strong presences across the industry and pride on their high service delivery level.

Job Description

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle internally and support relevant teams
  • Ensuring all components of the onboarding process are completed including reference and security checks
  • Attending regular team meetings to ensure information is shared and team morale maintained
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with the business and the HR team
  • Maintaining and distributing department personnel information to the relevant departments and line managers as appropriate
  • Actively participating in global and regional HR projects and processes
  • Overseeing the onboarding process, including new joiner administration, induction timetables and orientation of new joiners and provide guidance to team members where required.
  • Delivering the HR induction to all new joiners ensuring all information is updated
  • Supervise HR Assistant in drafting offer letters, new employment contracts and contract renewals in
  • consultation with the HR Manager
  • Conducting exit interviews and ensuring the leaver process is followed, provide advice and support to
  • HR Assistant on the leaver process where needed
  • Tracking fee earner global training attendance and recommending which fee earners should attend
  • Suggesting and working with the HR manager to organise lunch and learns and business services
  • training and development programmes
  • Updating the intranet and supporting documents e.g. letters, application forms etc. in response to new legislation or policy changes

The Successful Applicant

  • Solid HR generalist experience within a professional or commercial environment
  • High level of computer skills, including MS Office
  • Understanding of HR policies, processes, and procedures
  • Positive manner with strong team and delivery focus
  • Ability to manage self and maintain level of objectivity, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision to drive things forward
  • Demonstrate flexibility to changing work demands and priorities
