Renowned for their commitment to excellence, innovation, and employee development, they are seeking a seasoned Senior HR & Admin Manager to lead our HR and administrative functions in Hong Kong while providing strategic oversight for regional operations.

The Senior HR & Admin Manager will oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, and talent management, while leading a team to ensure seamless HR processes. This role will collaborate closely with APAC leaders to drive HR initiatives and support regional operations. On the administrative side, the position requires hands-on coordination of office operations and events, ensuring a productive and well-maintained work environment in Hong Kong, with additional oversight of HR and admin operations across other regions.

Job Description

HR Operations & Team Leadership

  • Manage the end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including succession planning, employee development programs, and retention strategies to support organizational growth.
  • Lead and supervise the HR team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to ensure efficient and high-quality HR service delivery.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Partner with APAC leadership to design and execute HR initiatives that align with regional business objectives, such as leadership development, diversity and inclusion programs, and workforce planning.



Office Administration

  • Take a hands-on approach to manage office operations in Hong Kong, including coordinating internal and external events, such as team-building activities, corporate functions, and client engagements.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office, overseeing facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies to maintain a conducive work environment.
  • Supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and ensuring operational efficiency and a high standard of office upkeep.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role overseeing HR and admin functions, preferably in an international or regional capacity.
  • Proven expertise in managing the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and mentoring HR teams in a multicultural, multi-regional environment.
  • Hands-on experience in office administration, event coordination, and facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with APAC leaders, regional teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HR and admin operations in the APAC region, with knowledge of local labor laws and cultural nuances across different markets.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with regional HR compliance is an advantage.
