Our Client is a well‑established HK Listed company with stable business operations both locally and overseas.

Job Description

Reporting to CFO, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the full spectrum of group consolidation of a HK Listed Company, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance. Beyond group reporting, the position leads project accounting covering cost analysis, revenue recognition, and cash‑flow forecasting. You will also drive group taxation matters, manage annual audit processes with external auditors, and strengthen internal controls and financial procedures to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risk. Additionally, this role provides strategic financial insights to senior management, supporting tender assessments, funding decisions, and long‑term project planning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines; CPA/ACCA or an equivalent professional qualification preferred
  • Minimum 12 years of solid, hands-on experience in group consolidation of HK Listed Companies, preferably with CPA firm background
  • Strong experience in financial management and large joint venture projects, with proven exposure to the real estate sectors
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills; fluent in Cantonese and English, with Mandarin considered an advantage
  • Experience in ERP system implementation or upgrades is preferred
  • Prior experience working in a listed company is an advantage
