A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a strong foundation in financial management principles.2. At least 10 years of experience in financial management, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles. Experience with a Big Four firm is required.3. In-depth knowledge of corporate financial management, including budgeting, cost control, treasury management, and tax planning.4. A deep understanding of business operations and the ability to translate this into effective financial management strategies.5. Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and motivating a high-performing team.6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across all departments.7. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to thrive in an international environment while also being well-versed in mainland Chinese culture and work practices.
