About Our Client

Our client is a well known developer in Hong Kong

Job Description

  • Oversee contractors to ensure smooth and effective operations for multiple properties.
  • Evaluate all facility management operations regularly to identify improvements and adopt industry best practices.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, tracking monthly income and expenses.
  • Supervise the handover process for new buildings, ensuring all defects are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Inspect and approve tenant fit-out work and installations for compliance.
  • Oversee improvements to the HVAC System.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for the handover of new properties.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree in Facilities Management or Engineering is a plus.
  • Corporate membership in the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience, ideally in managing operations and maintenance for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with facilities management, including government regulations for licensing and maintenance certifications.
  • Strong understanding of smart building technologies and facility management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service, able to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication, planning, organizational, and leadership skills; self-driven, confident, innovative, and eager to improve performance.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
