Job Description

  • New Fund Onboarding: Partner with the COO to establish connectivity between the OMS/PMS (Eze Eclipse) and all counterparties to ensure smooth onboarding of new mandates.
  • Instrument Trading Setup: Assist in setting up trading for new instruments and understand the trading regulations specific to each country.
  • Trade Execution: Execute all equity trades through the OMS, including arranging borrow for short sales, and engage in futures trading.
  • Market Insights: Collaborate with prime brokers for market insights and inform the PM team of significant news or market movements.
  • Trade Monitoring: Oversee trades until completion, manage FX needs, and monitor cash management for each client.
  • Performance Analysis: Work with brokers to compile and interpret Transaction Cost Analysis reports, and evaluate brokers based on stock loan availability.
  • Coordination Role: Act as the main contact with counterparties to coordinate information requests and track commissions.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Support the daily performance reporting process and assist in managing multiple segregated accounts.
  • Team Collaboration: Engage with internal departments (Front Office, Compliance, Operations, Finance) to address issues and enhance trading processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experience: At least 6 years in the asset management sector, with familiarity in EMS/OMS and a strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Eze Eclipse is a plus, along with knowledge of VBA, macros, and Python.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
