Job Description

  • Lead the development and execution of new projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to evaluate project feasibility, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and obtain necessary permits and approvals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify any deviations from planned timelines or milestones, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Oversee project safety, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Liaise with headquarters and provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a Engineer or in a similar technical role is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of mechanical, electrical, or process systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
