About Our Client

Our client is a world-leading entertainment company. To cope with the company's expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Employer Branding Manager.

Job Description

This Senior Manager will be the 'brand guardian' managing and maintaining employer branding integrity across the organization. You will be responsible for the full strategy and execution of employer brand campaigns in order to drive employee engagement and raise external brand awareness amongst job seekers. Accountability areas will include:

  • Responsible for developing long-range marketing communication strategies/ plans and new marketing Initiatives in order to attract target groups through sophisticated marketing communications content and channels to promote the company brand to internal and external groups
  • Translate our employer value proposition into powerful and creative campaigns to engage existing employees and intrigue potential ones
  • Drive the local employer brand in Israel through local PR, social media engagement, and media partners
  • Design, build and execute a portfolio of employee engagement and recruitment marketing content (videos, ads, etc.) to bring our employer brand to life
  • Drive the local employer brand in Israel through local PR, social media engagement, and media partners
  • Work closely with different teams within the business and help manage the cross-functional stakeholder relationships, project plan, branding programmes and implementation
  • Maintain and update all the promotions/content on online platforms including social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and YouTube etc.) websites, and other digital media channels.
  • Analyse effective benchmarks/ KPIs in order to measure the ROI and impact of marketing and social medial programmes
  • Develop brand and marketing creative assets and develop toolkits which include a full suite of activation tools from digital, print and other collaterals to enable on-brand and efficient roll out of campaigns

The Successful Applicant

The company is looking for a talent who has over 12 years of experience in branding, design, advertising, or marketing industry, preferably gained in a sizeable organization. Experiences in the hospitality, travel, entertainment, and IT industry will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should come with the below qualities:

  • Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills
  • The candidates who have marketing agency or consultancy experience will be highly valued
  • Excellent English and Chinese (written and spoken) are required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Business Administration, Communication, or related field is a minimum requirement
