Job Description

  • Oversee and manage PMO resources, including guidelines, portals, and templates.
  • Play a crucial role in enhancing project efficiency and ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Optimize resource utilization while promoting a culture of excellence in project execution.
  • Contribute to the organization's success by delivering projects that provide measurable benefits and adhere to industry best practices.
  • Establish and enforce standardized project management methodologies and best practices across all projects.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, standards, and industry regulations throughout project lifecycles.
  • Develop educational content to train stakeholders on governance and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of experience managing projects.
  • Strong understanding of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and their practical applications.
  • Proficiency in design techniques including graphics creation, video production, UI/UX design, and web portal development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  • PMP or equivalent certification (such as PRINCE2 or AGILEPM) is advantageous; additional certifications (e.g., ITIL, AGILE, COBIT, LEAN) are also beneficial.
  • Significant experience in content creation and graphic design, including PowerPoint presentations, training videos, and UI/UX design.
