Our client is a huge enterprise with business across the globe. To cope with their business expansion, they are developing new e-business. Now hiring a Senior Digital Manager, lead a team of 10+ to manage the matrix program.
- Large scale Loyalty Program Ecosystem
- Manage Digital Commerce operations (Payment & Business Flow)
- Facilitate Online to Offline Purchase
- adopt Next Gen technologies (e.g. OCR, bio-metric recognition, live streaming, Fintech, metaverse)
- MarTech adoption
- Formulate concrete program strategies, develop long-term roadmap, conduct in-depth market research and analysis on global innovation topics
- Oversee the huge rewards/ loyalty program, manage from registration, points collection, payment and online redemption flow on website
- Build ecosystems and partnerships for loyalty rewards, transforming the rewards model with more attractive redemption options and loyalty benefits. Bridging the brand and consumers, the rewards marketplace enables customers to earn, redeem and transfer the loyalty points on a common platform. Flexible redemption enhances consumer engagement and satisfaction for utmost brand loyalty.
- Manage service providers on the Digital Commerce platform operations, discover potential challenges and negotiate contract terms
- Facilitate Online to Offline Purchase (Omnichannel)
- Powered by data-driven loyalty metrics of customer purchase patterns, customised incentives and promotions to be launched in further delighting customers. Leverage the rewards marketplace to develop new business channel, cross-sell/ upsell consumers to boost revenue and increase customer stickiness with enhanced brand experience.
- Explore and adopt new tech-driven customer technologies to capture market share of Next Gen (e.g. OCR, bio-metric recognition, live streaming, Fintech, metaverse)
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor in BA, Information Management or related disciplines
- 10 + years experience in large-scale Program/ Project/ Portfolio Management
- Experience in matrix loyalty/ rewards program ecosystems e.g. credit card
- Strong experience in Digital Commerce platform with indepth knowledge of its operations and workflow
- Experience in Online to Offline Purchase (e.g. Omnichannel)
- Experience in website and mobile apps
- Upbeat with the latest customer technology e.g. OCR, facial recognition, payment solutions, Fintech, metaverse etc.
- Banking industry background is a plus
- Good command in English and Chinese
