We are seeking a Digital & AI Strategy Consultant/Manager who can operate at both strategic and execution levels. The role is responsible for shaping the enterprise's digital and AI roadmap while also leading hands‑on delivery of key digital, analytics, and transformation initiatives. This position partners closely with business units to identify opportunities, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation with measurable business impact.

Job Description

  • Develop multi‑year digital strategy and roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business priorities.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital and data solutions-including scoping, design, vendor coordination, testing, and rollout.
  • Assess current digital capabilities and recommend improvements across systems, data, user experience, and processes.
  • Manage regional digital transformation initiatives across multiple markets and functions.
  • Review and optimize business processes across HR, Finance/Procurement, Operations, and commercial teams.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate change management, and ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
  • Design and support development of analytics, dashboards, and decision-support tools to improve operational and commercial performance.
  • Introduce practical AI‑enabled enhancements (e.g., automation, content support, forecasting) as part of broader digital solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's in Information Systems or relevant disciplines.
  • 6+ years of Business Analysis or digital transformation experience.
  • Big 4 / management consulting background required; managing consulting experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work at both strategy level (roadmap, operating model, capability assessment) and execution level (project/solution delivery).
  • Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and workshop‑facilitation skills.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise systems, data models, integrations, and digital workflows.
  • Experience with analytics, automation, and practical AI‑enabled solution enhancements is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
