Job Description
- Design and own the application development automation pipeline, end to end from development setup to deployment in production
- Work with development teams to setup automated tests in pipeline
- Ensure services are operating correctly with automated monitoring and alerting
- Setup appropriate centralised logging framework to aid operations
- Work with infrastructure teams to ensure application topology conforms to network and security requirements
- Help troubleshoot application issues
- Evaluate and implement DevOps and cloud services to enable faster and consistent development process, including new / remote developer on boarding and partners integration.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree Holder in IT or Engineering disciplines
- Solid 5+ years experience in DevOps and Infrastructure
- Experience in development and deployment automation (CI / CD, GITOps)
- Deep understanding of Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience in configuration management, and infrastructure as code tools such as Puppet, Ansible, Terraform, Pulumi
- Experience with one or more public cloud provider (Azure, GCP, AWS), including services such as EC2, ECS, EKS, fargate, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudFront, SES, IAM…etc
- Solid in scripting languages such as shell scripts, Python, PowerShell
- Solid understanding of networking knowledge
