About Our Client
Our client is a well known property developer with premium locations around the world. They are now expanding their business and is looking for a leader for their customer service team.
The Senior Customer Service Manager will be leading a large customer service team of around 100 people. The role will be responsible for developing strategic plans to operational efficiency and evaluate and improve on current customer service practices. You will be responsible for extensive training, coaching and guiding staff members on operational matters and to convert customer experience to sales and achieving company objectives and targets. This position will require strong communications externally with customers and internally with various stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate must have at least 12 years' of experience in a customer servicing role with at least 6 years of people management experience, managing a large size team. You must have a successful track record of defining customer care strategies and executing projects on improving operational efficiency. This candidate must have strong B2C customer experience and experienced in training and development of team members. It is essential that this candidate has strong communication skills, is hands-on, and is influential in driving change within a large and complex organization. This candidate must have CRM knowledge as well.
