Social Media ManagementSpearhead the management and expansion of the Group's social media presence by developing creative, engaging, and impactful content.Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and other digital partners to amplify the organization's messages and enhance its brand image.Design and execute targeted social media campaigns to promote key corporate initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms.3. Crisis Communication and ManagementLead the development of crisis communication plans and issue management strategies, ensuring the organisation is well-prepared to address potential challenges in the digital space.Provide strategic advice and actionable solutions during online media crises, collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks and preserve the company's reputation.Work closely with external agencies to conduct social listening and identify potential issues early, escalating them for timely resolution by relevant stakeholders.4.
