Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsListco with mixed business streamsKey management roleAbout Our ClientOur client is a well-established listed company with a mixed industry business operations in Hong Kong.Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of HR, you will lead the C&B team in delivering the full range of Compensation and Benefits operations, including payroll, data management, on & off boarding, final calculations, MPF, taxation, leave management , insurance renewal and other benefit related admin work. Whilst part of your role is to monitor and train the team in delivering timely and quality daily operations, you will also be responsible for the annual salary & bonus review, HRIS upgrade project, process revamp, identifying opportunities to further simplify & automate, provide salary benchmarking data for local hires and expat recruitment use,, and ensure that the company is offering the right level of C&B to attract the right talents. Additionally, you will manage the HR budget, analyze HR data such as manpower plans, turnover, staff costs...etc. to provide insights for Finance and business leaders in their decision-making process. As a subject matter expert, you will advise HR counterparts and key stakeholders on C&B policies and legal compliance, as well as reviewing and enhancing policies, guidelines, and processes to achieve compliance and operational excellence.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will possess a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with proven experience in Compensation and Benefits management from sizable Hong Kong companies , preferably listed in Hong Kong. You will have a minimum of 4-6 years in a "Manager" capacity, with a strong understanding of HK labor laws and regulations. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail, and exceptional communication ,negotiation and presentation skills are essential to the role.
