A unique opportunity at an award-winning Media & Entertainment and TMT practice for an ambitious Senior Commercial Solicitor.

Job Description

The broad range of work would include mainstream commercial work (M&A and JVs) through to more specific media-related transactions.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 PQE with strong commercial drafting and communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Experience working with the media industry would be a plus but is not essential.
