You'll be part of a business committed to modernising processes, elevating customer experience, and empowering teams through meaningful change.This is an opportunity to influence employees to adapt, thrive, and succeed during pivotal change across systems, supply chain operations, and ways of working.Job DescriptionConduct change impact and readiness assessments across all workstreams - identify impacted groups, timing, and change implications.Translate insights into clear, actionable plans and stakeholder strategies.Track and report success metrics, progress indicators, and adoption readiness.Assess needs across stakeholder groups through data, interviews, and focus groups.Build integrated change plans with clear accountabilities and milestones.Develop and deliver communication materials ensuring clarity and consistency across global audiences.Design and deliver training programs, learning modules, and digital content.Identify risks, resistance, and barriers; escalate and resolve issues proactively.Provide reporting dashboards and governance updates to senior leaders.Collaborate closely with other change managers across brands, supply chain, technology, and product teams.Continuously seek opportunities to improve change management practices.The Successful ApplicantBachelor Degree in Supply Chain or other relevant disciplines.Prosci Change Management Certification8-10+ years experience in retail, supply chain, consulting, or similar fast-paced transformation environments.Strong stakeholder management and comfort operating in a global matrix organisation.Exposure to change initiatives involving systems launches or workflow digitisation.Strong project management foundationExperience in instructional design, training content creation, digital learning tools.Proficient in MS Excel, data analysis, and insights development.Deep understanding of learning principles and change adoption drivers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent across English, Cantonese and ChineseAble to manage competing priorities independently and deliver in fast-moving, evolving environments.Hands-on, practical, execution-oriented mindsetStrong interpersonal skills; able to influence and build trust with teams across cultures and functions.What's on OfferAttractive package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
