My client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry, renowned for our high-quality products and innovative solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior C&B Specialist to join their dynamic HR team. As the sole contributor in this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing all C&B-related activities for their 300 employees across the APAC region. This is a challenging position that requires a deep understanding of C&B , and compliance with labor laws in various countries.

Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with the regional HRBP to execute C&B exercises, such as annual salary reviews, long-term incentives, and short-term incentives.
  • Work closely with a consulting firm to conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitiveness in the market.
  • Review and update compensation and benefits policies to align with industry best practices and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead job evaluation processes, including salary benchmarking, salary structure development, market range analysis, pay and benefits benchmarking, market analyses, cost modeling, discretionary bonus programs, and profit-sharing schemes.
  • Conduct annual compensation reviews to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement benefit programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to provide strategic recommendations to the HR team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and managers regarding compensation and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compensation and benefits data.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree and above in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4 + year of experience in the Human Resources field, experience in compensation and benefits operations/data processing
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge in data management tool such as VLOOKUP and Pivot table in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work
  • Well versed in HK, China or other regions Labour Ordinance
