Job Description

  • Drive and oversee business and technical project initiatives across multiple stakeholders
  • Facilitate discussions, gather requirements, and align expectations with IT and business teams
  • Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
  • Perform analysis to enhance processes and support project improvements
  • Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare project documentation and ensure deliverables meet business needs
  • Support supervisor with contingency planning and project governance activities

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector, ideally insurance
  • Proven ability to independently lead and drive end‑to‑end projects
  • Strong analytical mindset with disciplined project scheduling skills
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable with working hours
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and familiar with SQL
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
