Our client is a well-known Global Bank. Currently, they are looking for a Senior BA to join their Securities team to support their digital transformation projects.Candidates with piror experience in Securities Services or Investment Banking would be preferred.

Job Description

  • Gather requirements, create user stories, and design solutions with Ops, Change, and IT.
  • Support testing and implementation into Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and execution across the delivery value chain.
  • Maintain documentation for business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
  • Identify and communicate project risks; propose solutions and mitigation strategies.
  • Follow all relevant rules and regulations, particularly regarding internal controls and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Change, and Technology.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Business or Data Analyst in Agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of data models, integration, and database design.
  • Knowledge of Markets and Securities Services Middle and Back Office
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills; ability to align data capabilities with business goals.
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio) and Agile project management tools.
