Job Description

As a Senior Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Developing functional specifications and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Assess current-state processes and technologies; identify gaps, opportunities, and target-state improvements.
  • Collaborate with data science, AI, and technology teams to identify opportunities for automation, predictive analytics, machine learning, and intelligent workflows.
  • Define use cases, functional requirements, and success metrics for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Supporting system implementation, testing, and validation processes.
  • Providing recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Managing project documentation and ensuring timely updates.
  • Providing post-implementation support and troubleshooting as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • A degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in business analysis within the banking and finance industry.
  • Proven track record in AI, automation, or data-driven projects.
