Collaborate with the project manager to prioritize, validate, and document project requirements.Gain an understanding of business and IT processes, systems, and data. Analyze and document them, performing gap analysis to define the scope of change. Conduct interviews and workshops to gather user requirements, user stories, and develop backlogs.Prepare detailed functional, technical, and system requirements for review and approval. Ensure that solution capabilities are confirmed and track deliverables to ensure all project requirements are adequately addressed.Collaborate with business, data solution, information technology, and cybersecurity teams. Propose viable solutions for implementing changes and provide options that drive the project forward.Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders throughout the organization. Maintain effective communication with all project members. Act as the primary contact for IT and business requirements, translating complex problems into a common understanding among stakeholders.The Successful ApplicantPossession of a university degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, technology, or cybersecurity.Strong background in business analysis, particularly for small and large-scale projects involving vendors. Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently is desired.Analytical mindset with the ability to comprehend, visualize, analyze, and resolve complex issues. Familiarity with various analytical techniques, such as interface analysis, feasibility study, and SWOT analysis, is preferred.Proficient problem-solving skills, including the ability to study a problem, analyze options, and propose solutions. Capable of approaching problems from different perspectives, including those of end-users and technical personnel.Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills.
