Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and managing the maintenance and repair of building facilities within the property portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure optimal building performance.
  • Monitoring budgets and ensuring cost-effective maintenance operations.
  • Collaborating with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality services.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards in building maintenance.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify issues and prioritise repairs.
  • Managing a team of facilities professionals and providing guidance and support.
  • Preparing reports and presenting updates to senior management on maintenance activities and performance.

The Successful Applicant

Qualification:

  • Degree holder in Building Surveying
  • A strong background from developers or property management companies.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and safety standards in Hong Kong.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address maintenance challenges.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to improving building operations and maintenance processes.
