Our client, a FMCG leader is hiring a Senior Brand Manager focused on Digital Media, for their team. You will lead their digital media strategies and continue to further grow their media and digital capabilities.

Job Description

  • Lead the development of media strategy and planning for multiple brands, covering online and offline channels.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Analyzing digital performance metrics and providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Oversee budget allocation and performance analysis to maximize media ROI.
  • Set performance frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks.
  • Monitor in‑campaign and post‑campaign results to ensure business and media objectives are met efficiently.



The Successful Applicant

  • 4-10 years of experience in digital media, with experience in leading brand media strategy and campaigns.
  • Open to consider candidates from different industries with strong B2C background with exceptional consumer understanding.
  • Strong data and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights and strategies.
  • Experience in managing agencies, partnering closely and delivering high results.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and trends.
  • A passion for driving consumer engagement and brand success.
  • Must be fluent in English and Chinese.
