Job Description

As a Senior brand and Content Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives. This includes positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital content, advertising, events, and loyalty programs. Lead cross-functional campaigns for new insurance products using paid media, influencer partnerships, and in-app promotions.
  • Manage corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Chinese social channel such as Douyin/TikTok), ensuring timely content publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for media planning, creative production, PR, digital execution, and event management. Work with PR agencies to organize press conferences for new product launches.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign KPIs, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and market trends to optimize strategies. Use Google Analytics and CRM dashboards to refine targeting and improve ROI.
  • Lead ad hoc brand initiatives and cross-departmental projects from concept to execution.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in brand management, content strategy, and customer experience, prior experience in financial services or insurance is a plus.
  • Proficient in managing social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Chinese social media platforms is a plus (Douyin/TikTok) and executing paid campaigns across these channels.
  • Resourceful and hands-on with a strong ability to lead creative ideation and execute innovative marketing solutions independently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent command of both Cantonese and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
