The company operates across multiple markets and offers a professional and collaborative work environment.Job DescriptionAs a Senior brand and Content Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives. This includes positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives including digital content, advertising, events, and loyalty programs. Lead cross-functional campaigns for new insurance products using paid media, influencer partnerships, and in-app promotions.Manage corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & Chinese social channel such as Douyin/TikTok), ensuring timely content publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.Collaborate with external agencies for media planning, creative production, PR, digital execution, and event management. Work with PR agencies to organize press conferences for new product launches.Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign KPIs, customer behaviour, competitor activities, and market trends to optimize strategies.
