We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead the revamp of our core IT systems and drive the centralization of enterprise data.

Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT system modernization and data centralization initiatives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, data, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in a hybrid BA/PM role, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and integration technologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
