About Our Client

Our client is well-known developer with various portfolio in Asia Pacific.We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Asset Manager with HKIS/RICS professional membership to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's real estate portfolio, ensuring maximum return on investment, and providing strategic direction to the asset management team.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximise return on investment and achieve company objectives
  • Oversee the management of the company's real estate portfolio, including leasing, property management, and tenant relations
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate and optimise asset performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, investors, and partners
  • Lead and manage the asset management team, providing strategic direction and guidance
  • Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on acquisition and disposition opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Provide regular reporting to senior management and investors on portfolio performance and financial results

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, housing management or related field
  • HKIS/RICS professional membership required
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in leasing/asset management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Good Command in English and Chinese
