About Our Client
Our client is an European-based education institution with key objectives of providing quality higher education services for both full-time and part-time students (i.e. experienced professionals). With further expansion recently, they are looking for an experienced admission's professional with excellent first class client servicing experience to join their admission's team.
Reporting directly to Admission's Director, you will be responsible for providing quality consultative advice to potential clients about overseas advanced education options in order to expand the client base and source of referrals to achieve the revenue target. As the experienced member in the team, you will be guiding the clients through the full enrolment cycle and assisting the Admission's Director in coaching and mentoring other team members. You will also be working closely with management group on strategic projects including customer loyalty and brand awareness. In addition, you will help identify, develop and introduce a systematic process and work-flow to further improve the rate of lead conversion, quality student-intake and cross/up-selling opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should have excellent command of both English and Chinese. Solid experience in consultative selling experience and proven stable career track record in servicing industry is required. Prior education industry experience is a plus. You should be an ambitious credible individual who can act as a trusted advisor to clients so that you can quickly build rapport with them. Familiarity with CRM software and exposure to KPI-driven environment will be advantageous given that the role is required to be highly customer-centric and disciplined.
