Our client is one of the large property development company in Hong Kong, we are looking for candidates with both external audit experience from big4 and commercial experience from property development company.
Job Description
- Set up and supervise the performance of accounting control procedures
- Prepare financial statements
- Review the consolidation of more than 100 subsidaries
- Monitor and improve Capex, Working Capital and Cashflow
- Involve in cost analysis
- Help to provide business solution and financial models
- Review internal operation process
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines.
- 8 to 10 years of accounting or audit experience, Prior experience in Big4 is an advantage.
- Rich experience in people management or supervisory experience
- Financial experience in property development industry
- Excellent language skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment and autonomy to own the processes
