Job Description

As a Senior Accounting Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing group reporting and analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organizational goals.
  • Providing strategic financial advice to senior management for decision-making purposes.
  • Supporting the treasury and financing activities.
  • Ensuring tax compliance and liaising with external auditors as needed.
  • Managing and mentoring the finance team to enhance overall performance.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes within the real estate sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Accounting Manager should have:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
  • Mimumum of 15 years of work experience with Big 4 and HK Listed Companies within real estate industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and develop the finance team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles.
  • Effective communication skills to present financial insights to stakeholders.
