Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager (Marketing Technology), your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the FSI client.
  • Understanding client needs and delivering customised marketing technology solutions.
  • Driving sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Providing strategic insights and recommendations to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for client meetings.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and market developments.
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth within the Financial Service industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Account Manager (Marketing Technology) should have:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology and its applications.
  • Background in the IT and agency or working with FSI clients is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
