Job Description
Implement company annual sales planin South East Asia.
Develop and implement appropriate long and short term strategies and plans for growing and expanding the markets and exploring new business opportunities
Oversee to ensure strong partnership with agents, distributors and other channels to increase sales & services and profits
Full coverage on all sales channels, including but not limited to retail chain stores, KA and distributors
Ensure all activities conform to and comply with the corporate mission, values and code of conduct
Build up succession plan for identified key positions and implement to ensure talent pipeline of the business team and company.
Report to top management
The Successful Applicant
Over 5 years sales experience in white goods/home appliances industry in South East Asia, air cooler products highly preferred
Extensive and solid connection with various sales channels, including but not limited to agents, distributors, KA and national retail chains
Track record of handling South East Asia regions sales with sizable team
Ability to be based in Dongguan with extensive necessary travel domestically and internationally
Language capacity, English and Mandarin
Preferred with international exposure as well as JV working experience
Strong leadership capability.
Ability to travel frequently
