Full-time senior role in a Digital IT Department of a Global Financial Services

About Our Client
Our client is a well-established global Financial Services organization with Global technology delivery centers in China. An international brand undertaking a major transformation and provide opportunities on a global scale.
-Coach the scrum team to become a self-organized, cross-functional and highly efficient team that delivers high-quality products
-Must be willing to act as a servant leader to the team and hold the scrum rituals, such as daily scrums, retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning events. They are also active participants and team facilitators in Portfolio Planning events.
-Use of appropriate tools to ensure effective recording and management of the teams backlog items to provide visibility of activity and progress against committed backlog items.
-Clarify deliverables and assignments to the scrum team and remove impediments.
-Coach and mentor the scrum team in its agile adoption.
-Take up resource management work, ensure the scrum team have sufficient/proper resource to deliver.
-Daily team management, e.g. team leave plan, time recording, team member capabilities growth, etc.
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services or equivalent experience.
-3-5 years of experience in managing projects/scrum teams with distributed global teams across the full delivery lifecycle.
-Must be willing and able to identify problems, impediments, dependencies and other team dysfunctions and then facilitate quick resolution.
-Practical experience of working with different channels, technology and architecture, such as MF, React, APIs, cloud, and micro services.
-Complete understanding of agile process. Agile Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
-Ability to work independently under little supervision within a demanding client centric environment.
-Ability to interface with various levels of management.
