The candidate is expected to be strong in configuration, reporting for finance users and have experience in SAP implementation projects.Job DescriptionLead and manage the SAP FICO function, ensuring effective configuration, maintenance, and support for finance and controlling processes.Collaborate closely with finance users to understand reporting requirements and provide solutions using SAP FICO functionalities.Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines for full-cycle implementation projects.Manage end-to-end implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring adherence to project methodologies, quality standards, and timelines.Perform configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and optimize financial processes.Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business objectives.Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices in the FICO domain.Provide training and support to finance users on SAP FICO functionalities and reporting capabilities.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Extensive experience in SAP FICO configuration and reporting, with a proven track record of delivering solutions for finance users.Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.Experience in managing full-cycle SAP implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.SAP S/4HANA project experience is a plus.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong vendor management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with external vendors.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.SAP certification in FICO modules is highly desirable.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.What's on OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
