Job Description

SAP FICO Implementation & Ownership

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO functionalities within an S/4HANA environment
  • Tailor financial processes such as bank integrations, payment workflows, depreciation cycles, customer billing, and project cost management to support business objectives.



Cross‑Module Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams managing MM (Procure‑to‑Pay) and SD (Order‑to‑Cash) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate financial postings.



Workshops, Requirements & Solution Mapping

  • Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to capture requirements, diagnose process gaps, and translate them into system solutions that align with organizational needs.



Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and UAT; troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure overall system stability.



Support, Go‑Live & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in cutover activities, provide go‑live support, and offer ongoing enhancements to optimize financial and project‑related operations.



Documentation & Agile Delivery

  • Maintain functional documentation, configuration guides, and training materials using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment, ensuring timely and transparent project delivery.



Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives across regional and global teams.



The Successful Applicant

Background & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years ofhands‑on SAPFICO experience, covering key areas such as:
    • Bank Accounting (cash management, bank reconciliation, EBS)
    • Asset Accounting (full fixed‑asset lifecycle)
    • Accounts Receivable (billing, incoming payments, dunning, credit workflows)
    • Project Systems (budgeting, costing, settlements)



Technical Expertise

  • Prior involvement in brownfield S/4HANA or RISE with SAP conversions.
  • Strong integration knowledge with MM and SD.
  • Ability to design customized solutions for GL, AP, AR, AA, BA, and PS.



Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work with global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability, and dedication to quality.
  • Experience using Agile methodologies; Jira/Confluence exposure preferred.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin and English are welcome.
