About Our Client
Our client is a leading property firm which encourages innovation and learn by experiences. Top cope with their business growth, they have set up a new innovation team and would like to hire a Salesforce Expert to drive from scratch Salesforce implementation projects - first to start with Marketing & Service Cloud and later move on to Sales and Community cloud. The candidate will perform user requirement gathering, hands on with configurations and perform vendor management.
Job Description
As Salesforce Specialist - Leading Property Firm, you are required to:
- Gather user requirement and translate into functional specifications to facilitate from scratch Salesforce implementation (first with marketing & service cloud and then move on to sales & community cloud)
- Perform vendor management with constant review to their deliverables to ensure quality
- Perform Salesforce configurations and maintain related documentations
- Support system testing and UAT, conduct Production rollout
- Maintain learning path for new Salesforce cloud features
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in end to end Salesforce implementation
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing and Service Cloud is preferred
- Experience in Salesforce Sales or Community Cloud is a plus
- Experience in both inhouse role and services vendors are definately advantage
- Sound knowledge in SDLC, Agile and quality assurance
- Good language skills in English and Cantonese is required
