The Sales/Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling international properties to clients in Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. You will be liaising with agents, following up with leads and identifying new business opportunities in the market. You will strategize business plans and efficiently execute them to grow the business successfully. This position involves establishing rapport, building relationships and providing consultative sales to the clients.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must be an ambitious and entrepreneurial self-starter with a strong business mindset. You must have previous experience in sales and new business development, property sales experience would be a plus. Experience in B2C or luxury sales would be beneficial as well. You will be innovative, passionate, high energy and have a proven track record in sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Cantonese or Mandarin and English are required for this role. This role is a commission-heavy role, with a very attractive package so candidates must have a driven mindset.
