Our client is a leading fashion retail company with a strong presence in the wholesale market, they are dedicated to provide high-quality fashion products to their valued clients. They are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join thhe wholesale support department and contribute to their continued success.

Job Description

  • Processing and managing wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to wholesale clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Coordinating sales activities, including appointment scheduling, sales material preparation, and generating reports.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
  • Collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Utilising software systems and tools to manage sales processes, track orders, and generate reports.
  • Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and interpret sales data.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of wholesale operations and processes is a plus.
