You will collaborate closely with marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product launch plans, including territory readiness, customer segmentation, and pre-launch initiatives. You will identify new business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and conduct competitor analysis to drive strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities include consolidating and analyzing data to prepare reports, forecasting, and action plans.Regular engagement with healthcare professionals will be essential, ensuring clear communication of key product messages and strengthening long-term relationships with key accounts and business partners. You will support the sales team in daily operations, review performance progress, and foster teamwork to maximize synergy. In addition, you will partner closely with marketing and medical teams to implement initiatives that enhance product awareness and engagement while ensuring all activities comply with company policies, industry guidelines, and ethical standards.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in a science-related field, and brings at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience. Experience in dermatology, skincare, or immunology-biologics will be highly advantageous. You are results-driven, analytical, and equipped with strong planning and reporting capabilities. A self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, you possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and KOL management skills, with proven ability to build long-term partnerships and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Microsoft Office is required.
