About Our Client
Our client is Hong Kong's leading mobile and telecom provider, offering a wide category of services including mobile services, accessories and value added services. It is a market leader in mobile network technology and the company had an emphasis on quality and customer service.
The Sales Manager will report to the Assistant Vice President and be responsible for managing the sales team with 4-5 account managers and develop new and existing business for the company's key products, including telecom WAN and ICT services and digital solutions. This person needs to supervise the sales team to generate new revenue aggressively and manage all stages of the sales cycle in order to meet the annual sales quota assigned. This role's responsibility also includes managing high level customer relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction by communicating with customers at a senior management/director level.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years accopunt management experienc in ICT industry with 2 years people management experience. This person will need to have strong sales track record in consultative selling to C-Level executives. It is preferred that this person has a degree in Business or Engineering disipline. Experience in mobile industry is a plus. This candidate need to be able to work together with teams across the company and regions to make sure the team achieving the assigned target. Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must.
