Our client is a multinational leading workforce management software company. They are providing professional workforce solutions to their clients to manage their entire workforce. They have been working with Fortune 1000 enterprises across the globe and have more than 5,000 employees internationally. They are now expanding their team and therefore looking for a new Sales Manager to further spearhead the growth.
Reporting to the Greater China General Manager, the Sales Manager will need to aggressively explore and develop new business for the company. This person will approach and work with executive decision makers in order to close new business opportunities and deliver results. To achieve this, this person needs to maximize sales opportunities and performance by achieving or exceeding sales quotas, to develop and implement a sales model to ensure the profitable growth, and to establish and maintain effective sales programs, policies, procedures and sales and marketing campaigns together with the marketing manager. This role requires high level of strategic planning. You will need to plan for territory mapping, account targeting and opportunities management.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you should have minimum 5 years of working experience with HCM or ERP. Candidates must have hands-on experience in delivering consultation in complex software solutions for different platforms and applications. You must have proven b2b direct sales record for Cloud and SaaS products with corporates and organizations with large quantity of headcounts. You should be target driven, aggressive and independent with good time management. The successful candidate must be trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
