Sales Manager, Respiratory - Pharmaceutical
About Our Client
Our client is a multinational pharmaceutical company with well-known brand name in the industry. Their products and medicines, with some in marketing leading positions, are present in countries worldwide. With phenomenal growth history, they recently plan to expand their team and hence they are now looking to hire a dynamic sale manager to further spearhead the growth.
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, this sales manager will lead a team of 2-4 sales professionals. He/she will be supervising, monitoring and coaching the staff in order to achieving sales targets set by the company. Tasked with covering the private hospital channels, you will need to develop and execute business strategy plans and work autonomously while you also need to work closely with the marketing team to build the brand awareness with perspective of further growing the business.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you must have a minimum of 5 years sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably with sales management experience. You must have a proven sales track record in selling respiratory pharmaceutical or biologic products to private hospitals in Hong Kong. You need to be target-driven, ambitious and have great communication skills.
