About Our Client
Our client is one of the leading logistics companies in Asia. Its main business include international freight forwarding, door-to-door delivery services, logistics and relocation services. It has a great global network in more than 25 offices in Asia, Europe and America.
This position reports directly to the General Manager of Supply Chain and Warehousing division of the company. This Sales Manager will be responsible for new business development as well as key account management. This position's daily job will be preparing proposals for clients, coordinate projects and information leading to sales, executing company's sales strategy and promoting company's services to potential customers. This person needs to ensure the service commitments are fulfilled and customer's requirements are met. This person also needs to assist in ad hoc projects. This is a sales oriented position with a team leading potential.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be a native Japanese speaker with at least 5 years sales experience in forwarder, logistics, shipping companies or related industries. People management experience is an advantage. The candidate needs to be outgoing and good at communication. Fluent English is a must.
