Job Description

As a MICE Business Development Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Doing Business Development and hunting new clients (B2B and B2C)
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing MICE projects with precision and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality services.
  • Handling budgets and ensuring cost-effective event management solutions.
  • Identifying and addressing client needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitoring event progress and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Preparing detailed reports and presenting post-event analysis to stakeholders.
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in MICE
