Job Description
The Sales Manager role will be a team leader responsible for growing education businesses for Hong Kong region. The person in charge will report to head of sales and look after key client accounts, predominantly local and international schools. You are required to interact with educators and school representatives to build brand awareness and to promote the portfolio of products from time to time. The role demands¡¡high performance in strategic planning and establishing¡¡new potential opportunities with the sales team to ensure steady sales growth. Furthermore, this role also involves¡¡quality service to new and existing clients to ensure a premium user experience.
The Successful Applicant
The qualified candidate should have at least five years working experience in selling education-related products and services to schools. In addition, you should have 2 years+ people management experience. You should be a passionate individual to work within a cultured, creative environment. Qualities such as detail-oriented, high performance in problem solving and abilities to work with deadlines in previous careers will be a must.
