Job Description

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conducting market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with key stakeholders in the Horeca sector.
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven expertise in business development, preferably within the FMCG/ Food and Beverage sector.
  • Strong understanding of the HORECA segment and related sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in managing and growing client relationships effectively.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
