Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. You will work closely with internal engineering and product teams to align technical solutions with customer needs, prepare proposals, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic components and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the electronics or manufacturing sector. A solid understanding of electronic components, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N1 level (or equivalent) is required to effectively communicate with internal teams and clients. A consultative sales approach will be highly valued. A degree in engineering, electronics, or a related field is preferred.
