About Our Client

Our client is an international consumer products company, with a long history and a strong product portfolio. They are known for their innovative and high standard products and are a leader in their category. They are now recruiting a Sales Manager to lead their sales in Hong Kong.

Job Description

The Sales Manager will be leading a small team in managing distributors for their Hong Kong market. In addition to strengthening their retail channel sales through distributors, they are also hoping the Sales Manager will help them to expand their ecommerce sales as well. This candidate will lead the development of strategic sales and business plans, responsible for budgeting, market development and to achieve company objectives.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have at least 8 years of experience in FMCG, consumer electronics or household products experience. Candidates with experience also in ecommerce sales will be highly preferred. Distributor management experience is not required but can be an added value. You must be able to demonstrate your sales track record and have strong commercial acumen. You must be proactive, have strong communications skills and able to develop long-term relationships with clients. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are required.
