Our client is an office solutions provider offering renovation total solution to corporate clients. With more than 50 years of experience in the market. they are currently expanding the business in Hong Kong and looking for a high calibre candidate to join their wining team.

Job Description

  • Identify and target potential customers in the corporate sector to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends in the office furniture industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product catalogue to clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our office furniture solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements in line with company guidelines and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as design, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and installation of office furniture orders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new office furniture products to provide informed recommendations and insights to clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, interior design, or a related field is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong passion for sales and a desire to build a successful career in the office furniture industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and convey product information effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, drive, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for sales presentations and reports.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common sales goals.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients, attend trade shows, and industry events as required.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus but not required.
